• After sourcing from multiple IDs, what drew me to Underrated Studios was their cheaper pricing. But I was worried about the quality as well as the experience of the ID assigned to me (Connie). However my worries were wiped away once getting to meet her. She was very encouraging of letting me build my dream house while giving me advise on how to make plans, a reality. She also gave good financial advise and told us to buy certain things online as it was more value for money, with our budget in mind.

  This really impressed me as she treated us more like friends rather than a employee/employer relationship. The quality of the house was very good. There were some mistakes due to misunderstanding but Connie and her team was quick and willing to rectify it, even weeks after the final payment was done. • Maisarah and Shalini did an amazing job as our IDs. They helped us alot in choosing our tiles to make sure it match with our kitchen cabinet. Both of them have an eye for detail. Maisarah update us regularly throughout our reno process. As we stayed in during reno, Maisarah tried her best to expedite the process.
