  • After comparing multiple interior design companies, my family and I decided to choose Underrated Studio. We would like to thank our ID, Shalini who has served us well. ID Shalini is a responsible, positive and patient person. She goes extra mile to ensure a better design and quality home for us. She explains everything clearly and there were no hidden charges. She even managed to keep the whole project within our budget!! Even there were some hiccups along the way (because of covid restrictions), Shalini manage to keep her professionalism and her positive attitude in the project.

  • Thank you very much to our ID Mai from Underrated Studio for producing our dream home. She was a great help to us first-time homeowners with navigating the ins and outs of renovation, converting our layman’s ideas into technical details, effectively managing all the different vendors, and during a global pandemic nonetheless.

    We also liked that the vendors that Underrated Studio worked with were all local, as we didn’t want any to risk any delays if the works (e.g. carpentry) or manpower were to be done or needed to come from across the border.
    We had a clear idea of the overall layout and look we were going for, and Mai helped us realize our design while also providing suggestions on details we had overlooked.

    When the timelines were affected due to manpower limitations and other hurdles came along our way, she made sure to minimize the effect on our overall schedule. We also really appreciate that it was easy to communicate with her and update her with any ideas or changes we wanted to implement. In the end, we got an aesthetically pleasing home that is equally functional.

    We also want to shout out a special thanks to Hidayah for painting our mural wall and to Karen for expediting the rectification of defects.

  • Thank you so much ID Janet and Karen, we love the outcome of our house! They were prompt to reply any enquiries and tried their best to fix any issues that arise. Even though my husband did the wiring and lighting, we manage to coordinate and work within the timeline without hiccups. They were very accommodating and the workmanship on the carpentry and plastering of the whole house is superb! We also manage to work within our budget. Thank you so much Underrated Studio.
