  Being the first home renovation, it is a daunting experience especially for a single like myself. So finding a good ID is ever so important.
  I spoke to 5 IDs and only 2 gave quotation (not sure if it’s the small budget or they don’t bother to tell you when your expected work exceeds budget. How would I know?!). Shalini got back within the week.

  To me, communication and project management is of first priority which Shalini has done exceptionally well. Response is always prompt and clear. When I told her of some difficulties in the planned work schedule, she took effort to adjust and bring forward the schedule.

  Workmanship is good, service is good, price is very reasonable as well.
  After sales service & professionalism: Shalini will give advice if she found things/designs to be flawed. She also provided manpower to do some nail drilling for my wall paintings even after hand over.

  Overall I find the outcome excellent and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend the service of Shalini and Underrated Studio!!
