• Jayne was highly recommended by my dear colleague, and it was not something to regret about at all. She was very attentive to what I actually wanted for the new unit, a bright and spacious place. Catering to the need of an elderly man and also 3 kids in the house. Always turning up to meet with electrician, tilers and aircon installer too… going the extra miles when I cannot make it during any sessions. Jayne is very meticulous at every aspect from tiling arrangement, electrical planning and also plumbing. Ensuring the selection of tiles, flooring and even accessories such as ceiling fans sizes and location, suit the whole house and pattern are in flow. Renovation completed in Oct 2023 and has stayed in for almost 6 months now. Everyone came for Raya open house and sang praises over the comfort and welcoming feeling the house is giving to everyone who visit us.

• As first-time home owners, we started out looking for credible reviews from home owners that have stayed at their renovated houses for some time but couldn’t find any. So here we are, writing a review after staying in our lovely home for more than one year!

   Jayne was our interior designer.

  We looked at Underrated Studio’s Instagram, sent in our requirements and arranged for an appointment next day. In less than 24 hours, we met Jayne who was well-prepared with quotation, draft schedule and works that were customised based on our requirements. We were truly amazed how professional and efficient Jayne was.

  Of course, we went to many other ID companies (total 8) and none of them could make the impression that Jayne did. She was knowledgeable and well verse in the ID and renovation space. She gives good advices and has good relationship with her contractors, which aided a lot in the timeline as well as rectifications. She has great attitude and easy to work with.

  The workmanship is still going strong even after staying for over a year! We felt that this is an extremely important factor to be considered and highly recommend Underrated Studio. Not forgetting to mention, all the works were done when Covid-19 restrictions were still in place. We are extremely glad to have Jayne as our ID, keeping our mind at ease during the process.

• We engaged multiple IDs and ultimately went with underrated studios. They were open to new ideas that we brought to the table, and did not shut it down. Shalini was amazing in bringing our vision to life. She was organised, kept us informed at all times and made sure everything was done within the timeline. The quality of work done was perfect, they were very thorough in what they did and extremely fast as well. It was a pleasure working with Shalini, it was nice to have an ID that did not shut down our ideas but was extremely receiving and always tried to make it work.
