• We were lucky to have Jiya as our ID. She mostly liaise with my mom and from what my mom talks about her – I had high expectations of the end product. Which I am very satisfied with how the whole house looks like. It looks so modern and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. She met all my mom’s need and was constantly updating about the renovation. I would definitely go for Underrated Studio for when my BTO house is ready. Of course I would definitely insist Jiya to be my ID!

I came across Underrated Studio at Midview City that has the best Google rating of 4.9/5 and had very good reviews. Jayne and Karen handled our Renovation. They were experienced, meticulous, professional, creative and accommodating. Our home are well renovated with walls painted with matching different colours.

  We felt like we are staying in an IKEA showroom and it’s a pleasant experience. Underrated Studio do deserve a 5/5 rating.
